The renowned sports talk show host Skip Bayless is excited about the return of his show Undisputed, which is scheduled to be back on air on August 28. The popular TV show has been off the air for the last few weeks as the producers were trying to find the perfect replacement for Shannon Sharpe, who left the show back in June after agreeing to buy out a deal with Fox Network. Sharpe is now expected to join forces with ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith.

Amidst this, Bayless recently hyped up the premiere of the new season of his show Undisputed on his social media profile. In a tweet, he also officially revealed his new “dream team” which consists of the former NFL players Richard Sherman, Keyshawn Johnson, and Michael Irvin.

Recently, the Sports Business Journal confirmed that Fox Network has roped in Johnson and Irvin to be the new verbal sparring partners of Bayless. The Dallas Cowboys legend Irvin reportedly agreed to deal with the network on Monday after long conversations.

Furthermore, the former Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman will also be on the panel of the popular show to debate Bayless occasionally. Apart from this analysts, the Hip-Hop legend Lil Wayne, Fox Network talents Nick Wright, and Emmanuel Acho are all expected to be rotating guests in Undisputed. Lil Wayne has also made the new intro song for the show.

On the other hand, Shannon Sharpe is reportedly joining forces with Bayless’ former debate partner Stephen A. Smith on the ESPN show First Take. Sharpe will appear on the show on Mondays and Tuesdays, according to multiple reports. This is a significant change in the sports television world and the fans are excited to see how this all plays out.

First Take is already a more popular show than Undisputed. By adding Sharpe to the show, ESPN can further the distance between the two shows in TV ratings. However, Fox and Bayless are doing all they can to close the distance between both shows.
