Davante Adams was traded to the Raiders looking to improve his game and win trophies, however, this season hasn’t gone as planned and the Raiders WR was struggling throughout the season.

The Raiders have also been quite underwhelming this season as they are currently 5-8 in the NFL and just lost to the LA Rams which also marked the debut of QB Baker Mayfield.

However, the main highlight of the game was Adams’ exceptional catch that defied all expectations. The Raiders WR caught an absolute one-handed beauty from Derek Carr while keeping Rams CB Jalen Ramsey at bay.

Although Ramsey has looked like a shell of himself this season, it isn’t easy to stop a quality CB like him with just one-hand while catching the ball with another.

The play by the Raiders was exceptional and it gets better every time you look at it. Unfortunately, that was the only significant highlight the Raiders produced in that game as they lost a close 17-16 game to the Rams who are also struggling this season.

Adams was looking confident this game as there were glimpses of him when he was playing for the Packers and used to catch beautiful passes like these.

Davante Adams’ one-handed catch quickly went viral on NFL Twitter and it was instantly dubbed as the second-best catch of the season as the first one is reserved by Vikings WR Justin Jefferson.

Unsurprisingly, Jalen Ramsey was blasted on Twitter for an abysmal game, The Rams CB has struggled throughout this season and is nowhere near the form he portrayed last season that helped them win the Super Bowl.

Ramsey became a victim to lots of trolls and memes as the CB was bullied by Adams during that play and couldn’t even deal with him throughout.

Adams has finally started to show his worth at the Raiders and slowly picking up his form, although this season is done for them, the Raiders will look to capitalize on the WR’s form during next season with a fresh start, until then, take a look at some of the most interesting reactions below.

Davante Adams’s insane catch wasn’t able to steal a win for the Raiders as they eventually lost the game. However, both teams are currently out of playoffs, and no hope remains for them as they look forward to the next season.
