Michael Rubin didn’t invite Stephen A. Smith to his party and the latter is not pleased
ESPN reporter and television broadcaster Stephen A. Smith was not happy with the fact that Michael Rubin snubbed him from his Fourth of July party. Speaking on The Stephen A. Smith Show expressed his disappointment in missing out on the all-white-themed party.
“I got a little beef with my man, Michael Rubin,” Stephen A. Smith said. “You know, there was this little shindig in the Hamptons, a star-studded event in the Hamptons. I’m seeing Beyoncé and Jay-Z there. I’m seeing J.Lo there… I mean the list goes on and on, I see… I see the outfit on Kim [Kardashian]… and I see the fellas there.”
Stephen A. Smith continued with his barrage as he questioned why Taylor Rooks was invited but he wasn’t. He said the reason Rooks was preferred over him was because he isn’t as good-looking as the former! “You know, I heard Taylor Rooks was there,” Smith said. “She in this industry, she’s in the sports industry. How Taylor Rooks get invited but I don’t get an invite? Well, we know the answer as to why, is that I don’t look like Taylor Rooks.”
The party became quite a sensation on social media as you would expect with the hashtag #RubinParty going trending on Twitter.
