The Baltimore Ravens pulled a surprising trick out of the hat which not many are liking. They traded one of their top receivers, Marquise Hollywood Brown to the Arizona Cardinals in return for the 23rd pick in the NFL Draft.

As far as the Ravens are concerned, Lamar Jackson just lost another of his go-to weapons. The receiving core of the team revolved around Marquise Brown, Miles Boykin, Devin Duvernay, and Willie Snead IV. Out of these, Brown and Snead had developed amazing chemistry with the quarterback.

Star quarterback Lamar Jackson was clearly not happy about this. He expressed his dissatisfaction over this move by retweeting tweets from fans who criticized this move by Raven’s front office.

Talking about the same, Stephen A Smith had a few things to say on “First Take”. “First of all, you (Lamar Jackson) haven’t signed a contract with Ravens. You don’t have an agent, you haven’t signed your contract, well guess what, when you ain’t locked in, even though the team has no intention of letting him go, when you are not locked in, when your situation is not rock solid, it kind of puts you in a situation where your feelings may not matter,” Stephen claimed.

He went on to add that the Ravens probably don’t care about Lamar’s Tweets, his WTFs as he himself isn’t locked in with the franchise as of yet. It will be interesting to see how the Ravens perform in the coming season.
