Shepard revealed that he talks to Beckham Jr. almost everyday but the two never talk about where he’s headed to this season. The wide receiver revealed that Beckham Jr. knows the Giants want him in the team but other factors are also included when it comes to signing for a team. He knows that business is business and hence Beckham Jr. needs to do the tight thing for him.

“I talk to him every day, but we don’t talk about [his decision] too much,” Shepard said. “Obviously he knows that we want him here. He would love to be here. But everything has to play out for that to happen. There’s a whole bunch of intangibles that have to play out for him to be here. And I understand that. This is a business, and his business has gotta be right for him to do it.”

Apart from the Giants, Beckham Jr. is heavily linked to the Browns, the Cowboys, and the Eagles too. His fate will be decided in the coming weeks as the NFL season nears its climax.
