On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs led by Patrick Mahomes went against the struggling New England Patriots in their week 15 matchup at the Gillette Stadium. The global pop star Taylor Swift pulled up to the stadium to support her boyfriend and the Chiefs’ All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce during the crucial game.

However, things took a turn in the game as she looked really unhappy when the refs didn’t throw a flag during a play where Kelce took a fall in the endzone. The Chiefs were driving down the field and were trying to put some points on the board. Mahomes targeted his favorite pass catcher, Travis Kelce, who was fighting to gain separation from the Patriots defensive back, Myles Bryant.

Kelce couldn’t create any separation and fell into the endzone while the ball went past him. Swift, who was watching the events unfolding from the VIP suite, stood up and seemingly yelled “What the F–k?” since the referees didn’t throw any flag on the play. Swift seems to have believed the Chiefs deserved a flag on that play. Check out the footage of the incident attached below.

There was some confusion on social media about whether Swift used the F-word or simply yelled a flag to indicate a penalty. The former seems much more likely to have happened, but some people believe she used the flag and not the NSFW word.

Nonetheless, as a result of the failed play, the Chiefs had to settle for a field goal on that play. But, that didn’t cost them a lot, since they managed to comfortably win the game in the end.

Taylor Swift’s dad attended the game to support Travis Kelce

Swift attended Sunday’s game, wearing full Chiefs apparel. The ‘Blank Space’ singer was seen wearing a Chiefs hat and a Chiefs sweatshirt and attended the game with her dad Scott Swift and Patrick’s wife Brittany Mahomes.

This was the first time Scott attended a Chiefs game to support Kelce. Previously, Scott and Travis Kelce linked up when the Chiefs tight end pulled up to Argentina to support Taylor Swift during her concert.

Multiple reports suggest Kelce and Swift’s father have become “besties” in a short time, as their relationship has blossomed gracefully. It appears Kelce has won the full support of his girlfriend’s father swiftly.

Back to football, the Chiefs improved to a solid 9-5 record following their victory over the Patriots. Next, they are scheduled to face their AFC West division rivals Las Vegas Raiders in their week 16 matchup.
