The Kansas City Chiefs led by their reigning NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes squared off against the New York Jets on Sunday in their week 4 matchup. Many celebrities, including Taylor Swift, were at the MetLife Stadium to witness the game. Swift pulled up to the game for a second straight week to show support for her rumored boyfriend Travis Kelce in action.

The pop music sensation pulled up to the MetLife Stadium with her friends Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and others to catch the game. Swift, who adorned a beautiful black top, sat with Travis’ mom Donna Kelce, and Patrick’s wife Brittany Mahomes in the stands.

This is the second straight week Taylor Swift showed up to the game to support Travis Kelce. But this week wasn’t as pretty as the Chiefs’ week 3 outing. Zach Wilson and the New York Jets put up a good performance against the Chiefs and fought till the end. Still, the Chiefs managed to secure a victory and improved to 3-1.

Once again, the All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce led the Chiefs in receiving yards as he caught 6 passes for 60 yards while averaging 10 yards per reception. But unlike the last game, Kelce wasn’t able to catch a touchdown pass in week 4. Furthermore, the reigning league MVP Patrick had one of the worst performances of his career so far as he threw for 2 interceptions which almost lost the game for the Kansas City-based football team.

Travis Kelce and the Chiefs managed to narrowly win against the Jets

Many experts predicted the Chiefs will dogwalk the New York-based football team in their week 4 matchup and secure an easy victory. However, to everyone’s surprise, Zach Wilson put up a remarkable performance against the Chiefs on Sunday.

Zach Wilson outplayed Mahomes as he completed 28 of his 39 pass attempts for 245 passing yards and 2 touchdowns. Many believe Aaron Rodgers‘ advice at the team meeting ahead of the game to ‘stop pointing fingers’ helped the Jets to come together as a team. Still, the Jets ended up losing and fell to 1-3.

On the other hand, Travis Kelce and the Chiefs improved to 3-1 despite Patrick’s horrific start to his individual 2023 campaign to his standards. Mahomes has thrown at least one interception in 3 of the 4 games he has played so far. As a result, he is tied for the third most interceptions in the league through the first three weeks.
