The final day of 2023 brought a lot of joy for the Kansas City Chiefs fans as their team defeated the Cincinnati Bengals and clinched the AFC West title. They needed this win after a poor outing on Christmas Eve against the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Chiefs also clinched a postseason berth after the win. A familiar face was present in the crowd to watch the game on Sunday. Taylor Swift was in attendance at Arrowhead Stadium to cheer on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

She arrived at the game wearing a Chiefs jacket, which is apparently worth $850. Kelce wore a similar jacket last week. She has attended multiple Chiefs games this season and has donned various Chiefs merchandise for them. During the Christmas Day game against the Raiders, she wore a Chiefs’ Christmas hat with the number 87 on it. 87 is Kelce’s jersey number for the Kansas City-based team.

Swift and Kelce were first linked together earlier this season when she first attended the Chiefs’ Week 3 game against the Chicago Bears. Since then, they have made multiple public appearances and seem to be enjoying each other’s company. 

The couple celebrated the arrival of the New Year together after the game. Kelce only had 3 receptions against the Bengals for just 16 yards.

The Chiefs improved to 10-6 and are now into the postseason. They will look to make a deep run and defend their Super Bowl title this season. Their final regular-season game is against the Los Angeles Chargers next Sunday.

On the field, Kelce hasn’t had the best of seasons by his standards. Through 17 weeks of the season, he has racked up 924 yards and 5 touchdowns. He has only played 13 games this season. He and the Chiefs will look to end their regular season on a high note against the Los Angeles Chargers next Sunday.
