“This is what rubbed me the wrong way” Skip & Shannon destroy Aaron Rodgers for publicly criticizing young receivers

Aaron Rodgers
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are off to a slow start at the new season’s dawn. They still haven’t recovered from the loss of their star WR Davante Adams who joined the Las Vegas Raiders.
The changes could be seen in the Packer’s preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers. The young WRs struggled a bit and it’s justified as they are young and need more experience, that’s what the preseason is for.
Aaron Rodgers didn’t hold back in his preseason interview where he publicly criticized the young receiver for their performance against the 49ers. “The young guys, especially young receivers, we’ve got to be way more consistent. A lot of drops, a lot of bad route decisions, running the wrong route. We’ve got to get better in that area.”
The weight of the grunt was majorly received by the rookie Romeo Doubs who has impressed a lot this preseason but failed to catch the pass that Rodgers dubbed as ‘the best pass of the game.

“Aaron Rodgers is going through midlife crisis”: Skip and Shannon on the show Undisputed

The recent episode of Undisputed was an interesting one where Skip and Shannon didn’t hold back in portraying how wrong Rodgers really was. They said that Rodgers isn’t wrong but that’s not the place to criticize someone.
Young receivers like Romeo Doubs look up to the reigning MVP and part of being an effective leader is inspiring them instead of demotivating them. Shannon stated in the show ” this is what rubbed me the wrong way” and “why couldn’t he say that behind closed doors”, referring to Aaron Rodgers.
Aaron Rodgers is going through a “midlife crisis” and he shouldn’t let these things affect him on the field. If the star QB wants to win the Super Bowl this year then he’ll finally have to take responsibility and lead the team like a true leader.
Packers have a group of promising young players who given the right attention will grow to be formidable opponents to other teams. It’s just about patience and growth in the NFL.
