The New England Patriots QB Tom Brady recently got a divorce from his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, after being married for 13 years. Following their divorce, Brady and Gisele, are living their best lives without each other. And now, the Patriots icon has terminated the Miami mansion plan he made with Gisele which is worth approximately $17 million.

The 15-time Pro Bowl QB Tom Brady has completely axed the mansion plans he made with the Brazilian supermodel, according to records obtained by the New York Post.

“The work on improvements in connection with the property has been terminated as to the following described property all in accordance with Florida Statute. The Notice of Termination shall be effective on the date of execution,” records obtained by The Post show.

Brady and Gisele bought the property in 2020, when they were still together as a couple. They apparently made a plan to build a mansion that included a yoga terrace, an organic garden, and even a pickleball court. However, the former couple decided to get divorced in October 2022 after Brady decided to continue playing football.

Now, Brady has a new plan in place to build his own bachelor pod. He has taken a construction loan for $35 million to begin his new project, which would include a gym, pool, and sports court, according to the documents. The old property would’ve spanned over 17,000 square feet, but Brady’s new plan is to build a mansion that spans around 20,000 square feet.

Tom Brady is keeping himself busy with business ventures

Ever since his split from model Gisele Bündchen, the Patriots legend Tom Brady has been keeping himself busy with multiple business ventures, including an ownership role in the Las Vegas Raiders organization.

Brady recently bought an ownership role in the WNBA franchise Las Vegas Aces and has agreed on a deal to buy a minority stake in the NFL franchise Raiders. The three-time league MVP claims he will have a very passive ownership role in the Raiders‘ management.

Apart from that, the 45-year-old former QB’s production company, “199 Productions,” will also be involved in the production of a biopic series about the life of the Raiders’ legendary head coach John Madden.

Brady has been very busy with his business ventures and officially hasn’t dated anyone yet since his divorce from Gisele Bündchen, despite many rumors. Nonetheless, Brady plans to return to football as a sports analyst for the Fox Network in the fall of 2024.
