Tom Brady knows how to live in style. Recent photographs of his Miami Mansion revealed how the former New England Patriots star with the golden arm loves to surround himself with lush greenery.
Aerial shots of Indian Creek, a manmade barrier island in Miami-Dade County, show Brady’s $17 million mansion standing tall like a juggernaut. The property is surrounded by carefully planned amenities.

However, one section of the plot will catch the eye of the viewer. There’s a full-sized tennis court for the 46-year-old to get some cardio in. Right next to the court, there’s a stretch of green, which can be enviable to anyone.
At first glance, in the images shared by TMZ, Brady appeared to be growing vegetables or some local produce. The seven-time Super Bowl winner is famous for being very strict about his diet, so it would not come as a surprise that he chose gardening as a hobby.
As per the TB12 website, he does consume meat, but not too much.

Tom Brady isn’t the only recognizable face who calls Indian Creek home. Founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, Ivanka Trump, daughter of former POTUS Donald Trump, and former US Government official Jared Kushner have built big houses near Brady’s block.
Tom Brady’s Miami home is seeing some lavish changes
Brady bought the lavish mansion in Miami after securing a move to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020. He was still married to Gisele Bundchen during the purchase. Since then, he has made some significant modifications to the plaque.

Recently, a boat dock and pickleball court were added per his demand. It’s worth noting that the $500 million-worth retired quarterback did not put anything towards the purchase of the property. Instead, he chose to take out a mortgage for the full amount, plus the option to borrow another $17 million.
Brady and Bundchen decided to split back in 2022, and he decided to take over the job of renovating the mansion. Bundchen, on the other hand, bought her own house across the waterway. But before leaving, she paid $1.3 million to install a three-bed waterfront home in Surfside. She now lives in a $11.5 million 5-bedroom house just down the road.
While $17 million is sorted, the total cost of the house is close to $30 million, which could rise to $5 to $10 million for additional modifications. It’s a 17,000-square-foot property with 11 bathrooms, elevators, a movie theater, and guest quarters.
