Tom Brady re-signs controversial flag worth more than $1 million involved in a lawsuit

Tom Brady
Tom Brady recently re-signed an old national flag at the request of his former team New England Patriots. The flag was damaged by the Patriots when they showcased it in the Hall of Fame.
The flag is owned by Daniel Vitale, a huge fan of Brady who had made him sign the national flag back in 2006. The Patriots had borrowed the flag from him which resulted in the signature being tarnished.
Vitale filed a lawsuit against the Patriots over the damage and claimed that the flag is worth more than $1 million. The fan also shared some pictures on social media, one with the flag in perfect condition and the other in which the T of Tom Brady has completely disappeared.
Although now the situation has subsided as the Patriots asked Brady to resign the flag and the Bucs QB obliged. The signature is comparatively bigger than the old one which makes Vitale believes that it’s worth even more.
Vitale is looking to sell the flag which is worth upwards of $1 million and claims that some percentage of the proceeds will go to various charities. Vitale is a long-time Brady fan and was ecstatic after seeing his favorite athlete sign the national flag again.
