At number 3 we have Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford. He became the third player to surpass the 300 million earnings landmark and thus in doing so becomes the fastest ever to do so.

At number 2 we have none other than Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers finds himself in a rare set of players who have managed to earn over 300 million in total career contract earnings.
Aaron Rodgers is currently in sensational form winning the MVP Award in consecutive last seasons. He was recently given a mammoth $50 million contract by the Green Bay Packers which is highest for a player in the league by average annual value (AAV).

Do we even have to question who is at number 1? The undisputed king Tom Brady was the first player to surpass 300 million in career contract earnings and now will be joined by Aaron Rodgers and Matthew Stafford.
In all honesty Tom Brady could’ve easily earned more than this if he hadn’t taken constant salary dips while at the New England Patriots. However it has come with benefits as well and he has won a record seven Superbowls.
