“Tossed, not thrashed like Tom Brady” Aaron Rodgers defends previous act of violence against tablets amidst Bucs QB incident

Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady are two of the greatest Quarterbacks in the National Football League. Rodgers is the reigning 4 time MVP while Brady is the undisputed GOAT. Although both these sure-fire future Hall of Fame QBs have faced great opponents including each other in a violent sport like football, their greatest moments of aggression seem to be reserved for something completely unexpected.
Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady both seem to have a passion for aggressive behavior against the humble tablet. A tablet is now a common enough device and is easy to carry so NFL teams have been known to have a few tablets on the sidelines for various purposes but that has left it as an easy target for players like Rodgers and Brady when they are frustrated. Rodgers’s infamous moment against the handy device came during the 2015 season in a game against the Carolina Panthers while Brady’s moment is quite fresh as it occurred just last week when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers faced division rivals the New Orleans Saints.
Brady’s act of aggression broke the tablet and Brady took it in stride as he apologized for “breaking the tablet.” He even predicted that the incident would “become another Twitter meme.” Maybe Rodgers can advise Brady on how to deal with the memes as he had to face similar challenges back in 2015 when he visits Brady in Tampa Bay for a week 3 match-up but Rodgers may not do so as he believes his situation was quite different.
“Tossed not thrown. Tossed.” Aaron Rodgers distances him from Tom Brady’s tablet incidence
Aaron Rodgers has faced quite a lot of criticism in recent years so he might not want to be criticized for a past incident due to Brady’s act of violence as he was ready to defend his past action and distance it from Brady’s-“Tossed. I don’t think I threw it hard enough for any damages to happen to it.“
Rodgers seemed to be implying that while he did do something similar to Brady’s actions he wasn’t as aggressive as Brady who seems to have damaged the tablet.
With both Rodgers and Brady scheduled to take on each other in what might be a tall task for both their teams, we might witness more tablet-related violence. As someone who is frustrated by all his electronic devices right now, a toss seems like a nice option but the lack of multimillion dollars in salaries like Brady’s and Rodgers’ stops me from doing so.
