It has only been a few days since former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce announced his retirement. But his younger brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, is already feeling his absence.

During the recent episode of their joint venture, the ‘New Heights‘ podcast, Travis revealed the impact his brother had on him and his playing career. Furthermore, he added that football feels empty without Jason now that he has called time on his 13-year career.

Travis Kelce expressed

The 34-year-old added that sharing the field with Jason was a ‘funas* experience’.

But it’s not the end of Jason Kelce’s love for football. Far from it. He assured Travis of coming to watch games, whether it’s the Chiefs or the Eagles. Jason said,

I'm still going to the games. I look forward to being able to appreciate and watch your games more and take in the bigger picture of football.

The mother of three gorgeous daughters shared a heartfelt message after Jason announced his retirement on Monday, along with a picture from the Eagles Super Bowl triumph in 2018.

She wrote to be immensely ‘proud’ of being the wife of Jason. And is waiting to witness what his future holds.

Jason Kelce spent his entire NFL career with the Philadelphia Eagles after being selected in the 6th round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Besides winning a Super Bowl ring, he has seven Pro Bowl honors.
