Travis Kelce discloses how to disobeyed HC Andy Reid during last week’s Browns game

The Kansas City Chiefs are known to think outside the box to shake their opponents up. Most of the time, head coach Andy Reid is the one who makes the decision on whether they should try any funny business. However, Travis Kelce managed to pull one over without his knowledge during the Denver Broncos game last week.
Kelce was on song against the Broncos, capping off the day with nine catches for 124 yards in the 19-8 victory. The Chiefs’ aggressive defense was on full display. However, it was a play made by the 34-year-old that became the talking point.
Around 8 minutes into the first quarter, the Chiefs took a snap from 1 and 10. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes found Travis Kelce at the Broncos 40-yard mark. But here comes the fun part. Instead of running with the ball, he passed to fellow tight end Noah Gray, completing an impromptu hook and lateral.
During the latest segment of his podcast ‘New Heights‘, his brother and co-host, Jason Kelce, couldn’t help but ask Travis about the play. “We absolutely have to talk about; from this game was your later Noah Gray,” he asked. “On the Chiefs first drive! What was Andy Reid thinking when he called in a lateral play on the first drive?”
According to Travis, he was screaming at Coach Reid to give permission for the lateral, who replied, “I am not doing that.” So he had to take measures in his own hands. “So I took it upon myself,” he said. And it worked.

Travis Kelce revealed why he went to Saturday Night Live with Taylor Swift
Wednesday’s ‘New Heights’ episode had one revelation after the other. Besides talking about the Broncos game, Travis Kelce also broke the ice as to how he and his new girlfriend Taylor Swift ended up on Saturday Night Live the previous weekend. It was to support Swift’s good friend, Ice Spice. Not only that, he had been a great admirer of the host of the show, comedian Pete Davidson.

“We showed up at ‘SNL’ with the idea of going to support Ice Spice,” the two-time Super Bowl winner said. “Her and Taylor are good friends.”
Travis Kelce is no stranger to the sets of the beloved TV program. He had the privilege of hosting an episode of SNL last season. Returning to those surroundings was ‘electric’ he claimed.
