With the Super Bowl in hand, Kelce was asked about his dream, and Kelce had a stunning answer. The tight end said,

Well you know, the goals have always been to get three. But we could not get here without getting the two. And we had the target on our back, all year. And, I love these guys right here. The men that we have just won this thing with, family forever be. I can not be more proud of you guys.

Adding further, he said,

And how about it? We get a chance to do it. Three times in a row. Are you excited, Baby? You go party at Las Vegas then get back to it.

The words of the 34-year-old TE reflected the immense hunger that he still had in his belly. The Chiefs are not going to stop with back-to-back championship titles. They have more hunger; they want to go for more. Kelce also does not have any plans to announce retirement. By next season, he will be 35 but seems to be perfectly alright to return to the field.

Kansas City Chiefs had a clutch 2023-24 season

If a word can describe the recently concluded season of the Chiefs, then that is ‘Clutch.’ The Chiefs suffered due to a lot of internal problems. They did not have a proper wide receiver who could complete the moves with passes from Patrick Mahomes. In addition, Mahomes also did not have a ‘great’ season as per his standard he was subjected to multiple interceptions and pick-6s in the regular season.

However, in difficult times, the defense stood strong for Kansas City. In the entire season, no team was able to score more than 30 points against the Chiefs in the season. In the postseason, the defense kept all the big shots silent. Even in the final game, they had a great performance against the likes of Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffrey.

Despite suffering in the regular season, Mahomes orchestrated a championship-winning drive against the Niners in the Super Bowl. He also grabbed his third Super Bowl MVP in the process.
