Apart from being one of the greatest tight ends of all time, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is also known for his party personality. In the last months, after the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory, Kelce has been turning it up a lot everywhere he goes. In that trend, the All-Pro tight end recently was fired up during Lil Wayne‘s performance at the 2023 ESPY Awards.
The 2023 edition of the annual award show ESPYs conducted by the ESPN Network took place on Wednesday at Dolby Hotel in Los Angeles, California. During the exciting event, Travis Kelce turned it up and started vibing with the American Hip-Hop artist Lil Wayne while he performed his hit song “A Milli.”
Kelce’s Chiefs were named the ESPY’s best team in the country over their Super Bowl victory. The talented tight end attended the event with his mom Donna Kelce. Furthermore, the tight end also took the stage to present ESPY Comeback Player of the Year award to the NBA’s Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray, who beat out UFC‘s Jon Jones and MLB pitcher Max Verlander to bag the award.
Besides, Kelce’s teammate Patrick Mahomes took home the ESPY Award for best male athlete, beating out the likes of 2022 MLB American League MVP Aaron Judge, World Cup winner Lionel Messi and NBA champion Nikola Jokic.

On the sporting side of things, the off-season will quickly come to an end for the NFL teams. The Chiefs are scheduled to begin their training camp for the upcoming season on July 13.
Travis Kelce would look to help the Kansas City-based football team defend their crown in 2023. The Chiefs have a chance to become the first team to win back-to-back Super Bowl rings since Tom Brady and the New England Patriots did it back in 2005.
However, they do have some tough competition this time around as teams like the Cincinnati Bengals and the Philadelphia Eagles have gotten a lot better in the off-season, while the Chiefs haven’t really done a lot. They have a tough challenge ahead in their upcoming campaign.
