The Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is currently recovering from the knee that kept him on the sidelines during the Chiefs’ week 1 game against the Detroit Lions on Thursday. Amidst his recovery, the All-Pro tight end has been quitely hanging out with Taylor Swift according to multiple reports.

“Taylor [Swift] and Travis [Kelce] have been quietly hanging out,” a source revealed according to The Messenger . “She saw him when she was in NYC a few weeks ago.”

Reps for Kelce and Swift haven’t commented on the rumors yet. This rumor comes a few weeks after Kelce’s failed attempt to give Swift his number using friendship bracelets.

Back in July, Kelce revealed that he tried to pass his phone number to Taylor Swift during the pop music sensation’s record-breaking Era’s Tour. However, his attempt failed since Swift doesn’t talk to or meet people before or after her shows to preserve her voice.

“I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butthurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,” Kelce revealed on his New Heights Podcast.

After Kelce revealed his failed move, the whole NFL world including the Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen, Fox News reporters Charissa Thompson and Erin Andrews has been advocating for Swift to go on a date with Kelce. And now, new reports are suggesting that Kelce and 12-time Grammy Award winner Taylor Swift are hanging out in New York City. They could be the next big couple in the entertainment world.

The Kansas City Chiefs suffered a humiliating loss against the Detroit Lions in week 1 of the 2023 regular season despite the heroic efforts of Patrick Mahomes. The All-Pro QB missed his favorite target Travis Kelce in the game.

Kelce had a knee injury just a couple of days before the season opener which caused a lot of problems for the Kansas City-based football team. However, his rehab process is going well and he could end up playing in week 2.

The Chiefs are optimistic that Kelce could suit up for them in their second game of the season against the Jacksonville Jaguars this weekend. The defending Super Bowl Champions would be looking to secure a win against the tough Jaguars team and register their first victory in the ongoing season.
