The tight end is reportedly in talks with Amazon to host a rebooted version of the popular show Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? The show involves asking simple questions that might not pose much difficulty. It usually involves a single contestant who must answer ten questions and a bonus question at the end. The questions are from elementary school textbooks, two from grades one through five.

As per the Deadline, Travis Kelce and Amazon have not closed the deal yet, but they are still in the talking stages. Kelce’s mainstream popularity has increased in the last year. Hence, Amazon looking at someone like Kelce over seasoned veterans remains a true testament to his success off the field.

It premiered as a three-day special and eventually became a regular show on the network. Contestants stand to win a maximum price of $1 million in cash. Later, the show was rebooted in 2019 with John Cena as the host.

Travis Kelce is venturing into multiple avenues, including reality television production, and fans could soon see him feature in a movie as well.
