Travis Kelce‘s resume keeps growing. The Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end will now have the title of a ‘game show host’ as he is poised to become the new face of ‘Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader?‘

The famous show, which first aired back in 2007 on FOX, is close to a reboot. Variety revealed that the three-time Super Bowl winner is in Los Angeles to shoot the pilot episode.

Amazon Prime Video has acquired the rights to air the newly revamped show titled ‘Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?’ The reboot is expected to introduce some intriguing twists to the format. While the specifics of these changes are unclear, the basic premise of the show is expected to remain unchanged.

Although representatives from Prime Video haven’t issued any comment, judging by the title, celebrities will replace kids as contestants.

This wouldn’t be the first reality TV show that Travis Kelce would be a part of. Previously, he was the guest host of an episode of Saturday Night Live in 2023, shortly after going out with Taylor Swift.

Even before that, the 34-year-old starred in a 2016 dating show called Catching Kelce. During the shooting, he met with his ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole.

Just because it’s the NFL offseason, that doesn’t mean Travis Kelce is idling around in Cleveland and chugging beers. Aside from his impending game show debut, Kelce added the title of producer to his resume.

His first project, ‘My Dead Friend Zoe‘, aired on SXSW earlier in March. Moreover, ‘King Pleasure‘, a documentary on Jean-Michel Basquiat, is scheduled to start production in the summer.

Kelce appears to love LA. Earlier this year, he won a third Super Bowl ring at Allegiant Stadium. Afterward, he partied in various joints around the city with his girlfriend Swift. And recently, he and his girlfriend Taylor Swift were seen soaking up the sun on the sunny beaches near the sea in Cali.

They have planned to attend the Coachella 2024 Music Festival.

It will be interesting to see how Travis transitions to TV as a host. He had plenty of time to get rid of the camera fright being around Swift. By now, he should have gotten used to the paparazzi.
