Whether Brett Favre agrees or not, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are having a lot of fun being together. A source recently came forward with inside gossip about the star couple, claiming they are taking things one step at a time.

Swift, 34, continues to support her beau almost every Kansas City Chiefs game day. An insider told People Magazine that the pop icon and the Cheifs star, tight end Kelce, are very happy.

Kelce and Swift started dating after the 34-year-old revealed that the TE tried to contact the Grammy winner during her ERAS Tour performance at Arrowhead. During an episode of his New Heights podcast with brother Jason Kelce back in July, Travis claimed to give Taylor a friendship band with his phone number on it but failed.

Later, Swift, in an interview with Time Magazine, discussed how the two first met. According to her, they decided to hang out shortly after the concert, and then she showed up at GEHA Field when the Chiefs played the Chicago Bears to cheer for Kelce.

By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game. We would never be psychotic enough to launch a first date.

Despite a section of football fans who see Swift’s presence in the stadium as a hindrance, she doesn’t care. Rather, the ‘cruel summer’ songstress chimed in, saying that she will be attending games even if it pisses a few people off.

Staying true to her words, she has religiously appeared at Chiefs games to shout for her man. Kelce is a massive fan of it. Her involvement has increased the popularity of the recent Super Bowl winners in parts of the world where football is still in its infancy.

As for Swift, her association with Kelce led her to make several new best friends. Most notable will be Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes. The Chiefs quarterback’s wife is often seen hanging out with the ‘You Belong with Me’ singer on and off the field.

Even the NFL has capitalized on the pair’s growing romance. It’s only good for the game itself. Not only does it increase its reach to various parts of the globe, but it also makes it more profitable.
