Mecole Hardman Jr. was watching the Chiefs game in the comfort of his own home as the Chiefs’ WR suffered an abdominal injury that put him out of action for more than a month.
Hardman was not part of the Chiefs squad that took on the Chargers and the WR was supporting his team from home. The Chiefs-Chargers game was a nail-biting affair as the Chargers scored late in the game to take the lead but the Chiefs did not give up and Patrick Mahomes pulled out something special to score a late touchdown with the help of TE Travis Kelce that got them the win.
Hardman was watching the whole game on his TV and was tweeting about it as the game went on. The Chiefs WR supposedly shattered his TV with frustration as the Chargers took lead late in the game. The 24-year-old wasn’t able to see the game-winning drive by Mahomes that eventually won them the game.
Hardman first tweeted that he broke his TV though no one believed the WR, and he had to upload a picture of a shattered TV. Surprisingly, everyone was more critical of Hardman and thought he was lying about breaking his TV.

NFL Twitter was quick to respond to Hardman’s claims and stated that he was lying about the TV and that many filters can make your TV look shattered. Although the WR had no concrete reason to lie, people still didn’t believe in him.
Some even called him out for being weak as no one gets an abdominal injury. Take a look at some of the most interesting reactions down below.
Mecole Hardman Jr. is currently out injured and won’t be back until next month. The Chiefs WR likely won’t be a part of their squad that will face the Rams in their net game.
