Yury Travon Walker is being touted as the next big thing in the world of the NFL. The talented defensive featured for the Georgia Bulldogs during his college football days and impressed one and all by delivering impressive performances.

Travon was also selected to the 2019 All-American Bowl. Standing at 6 feet 5 inches tall, the defensive end weighs around 123 kgs. His imposing figure also adds greatly to his overall persona and is one of the reasons why he is regarded highly by top experts.

After Walker declared for the 2022 NFL draft, it was rather apparent that he will find a franchise, the question was, which one? The answer to this question was broadcasted to the world when the Jacksonville Jaguars picked him as the first overall pick.

The 2021 CFP National Champion is now headed to the Jaguars and it will be interesting to see if he can change the fortunes of the team. As soon as the news came out that Walker is the number one overall in the 2022 NFL draft, innumerable reactions on Twitter started pouring in.

While Twitter was filled with messages praising Travon, many, including NFL expert Skip Bayless wasn’t very pleased with him being the number one overall draft pick. Skip stated that he expected Jordan Davis, Nakobe Dean, and D Wyatt to go higher in the draft than Travon. It will be interesting to see how Travon performs in the coming season.
