Mike Leslie, who works as a sports anchor for WFAA in Dallas, shared a video of the Dallas Cowboys players signing autographs for military personnel after they recorded a victory over the Lions. “CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup and several other Cowboys stopping to sign autographs for members of the military after their win over the Lions,” he tweeted.
The video has attracted a lot of positive comments from supporters and everyone is applauding the kind gesture of the players. Some wrote that this is why the Dallas Cowboys are considered ‘America’s team’.
“A win’s a win,” said the returning Dak Prescott. “I really don’t care how it gets done, a win’s a win. I thought it was going to be pretty cool to leave this game without a touchdown, honestly. That’s kind of where my head is right now. I know how talented this team is. I know what we can be. It’s not about me. It’s about all of us, and I’m just trying to make sure I play my part and make sure I put this team in the right situation each and every play.”
