The Kansas City Chiefs are playing their week 9 game against the Miami Dolphins in Germany. Dolphins’ superstar WR Tyreek Hill is facing his former team. Hill and the Chiefs did some great things together. They won Super Bowl LIV and had a terrific six-season run together. However, Hill was traded to the Dolphins at the beginning of 2022 and since then has been a force for the Miami-based team.

Hill in his one-and-a-half season with the Dolphins has accumulated more than 2,700 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns. He has been one of the best receivers in the league for the past couple of years and is on pace to shatter some records this season. Before the game against the Chiefs, Hill dapped his former coach and QB.

In a video posted on Twitter, Hill can be seen playfully poking at Andy Reid‘s stomach and hugging him afterwards. The big head coach of the Chiefs didn’t mind though as he tapped Hill on the helmet and wished him luck for the game. Hill also dapped his former QB, Patrick Mahomes before going to his side of the field. It was a nice moment overall.

Hill so far this season has 1,014 receiving yards through eight games. He is leading all receivers in that category and is on pace to break the single-season record of 1,964 yards set by Calvin “Megatron” Johnson. He would love to get a bulk of those against his former team.

Tyreek Hill doesn’t believe he can win league MVP this season

Tyreek Hill is having an MVP caliber season with the Miami Dolphins. He has already crossed 1,000 receiving yards for the season in just eight games and is on pace to break the single-season record. He should be in the MVP conversation, but the wideout himself doesn’t believe that he can win the coveted award.

“No,” Hill said when asked about the possibility of an MVP this season:

Because we have a player that's on our team that's better than me and means more to this team.

He further teased the reporters by saying:

And his name is Alec Ingold.

The Dolphins are 6-2 this season. Their offense has been historically great to begin the campaign and Hill is a huge reason for that. The star wideout will look to build on his incredible start to the season and, who knows, might get himself the MVP award by the end of the season.
