Terron Armstead is currently the honorary captain of the Miami Dolphins. The feared OT is a great leader on the field and has been highly influential with the Dolphins.
This will be Arsmtead’s 10th season in the NFL. However, there was a time when the 31 year old OT had just decided to join the NFL and decided to showcase his skills at the 2013 NFL combine.
Armstead was a strong OT since his college football days at the Pine Bluff University in Arkansas. However, what came as a surprise was his raw speed and the way he dominated the 40-yard dash event.
The OTs are supposed to be fast and mobile while being extremely strong. The Dolphins OT displayed all the required skills at the Combine and even broke the record for the 40-yard dash by an OT.
Armstead ran the 40-yard dash in 4.71 seconds. The 306 pound OT broke the previous record which was set at 4.85 seconds. No one has been able to break his record since.
Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill was astounded by this discovery and decided to go for a bit of nostalgia as he commented on the video of Armstead setting the 40-yard dash record during the 2013 NFL combine.

Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill is regarded as one of the fastest players in the league currently. However, the speedster was astounded after watching Terron Armstead’s run at the Combine.
Hill is always used to seeing Armstead as a strong OT. Therefore, the Dolphins WR was in for a big surprise. “The way they got him built on madden you wouldn’t think bro moving like this,” Tyreek Hill wrote on Twitter.
The Dolphins WR gave a ‘madden’ reference while talking about Armstead’s insane strength and speed. Madden is a highly sought video game about the based on the sport of Football and the Dolphins OT is built like a machine in the game.
Terron Armstead has had great 10 seasons in the NFL and is considered as one of the most experienced players in his team. The former Saints OT is a three-time Pro Bowl and an All-Pro player.
