The Miami Dolphins led by their star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa are set to take on Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in a tough road game on Sunday, in their week 9 matchup. The exciting game between two of the top AFC teams has created a buzz around the league. Amidst this, the Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill talked about taking on his former team and took a playful dig at his former teammate Chris Jones.
During a recent episode of his podcast “It Needed To Be Said” the All-Pro pass catcher Hill talked about playing his former team, the Chiefs, and showed the utmost respect to them.

I'm excited. A lot of people been asking me, 'Man, are you going to be emotional?' I said 'Man, to me, ain't no emotion in sports bro.'Hill said on his podcast.
However, Hill — who played with the Kansas City-based football team for 6 years — said that he loves his former teammates and is looking forward to seeing the familiar faces. Furthermore, he also took a shot at the Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones.
I love them to death, I got so much respect for [head] coach [Andy] Reid and I'm looking forward to seeing a bunch of familiar faces. It's going to be a fun game. You got two 6-2 teams, going for the No.1 seed in AFC, it's going to be a battle. They got dogs on defense, obviously they got dogs on the offensive side of the ball, but my main concern is just pancaking Chris Jones this game.
Tyreek Hill excited for the matchup against the Chiefs
The Chiefs and the Dolphins are currently tied for the best record in the AFC and the matchup between them has created a lot of excitement in the league. Moreover, the All-Pro pass catcher Tyree Hill is excited to go against his former team.

This is the first time Hill will play against the Chiefs ever since he was traded away by the Chiefs to the Miami-based football team. And Hill is looking to make a statement in this game.
Since the trade that happened back in 2022, Hill has led the league in both receiving yards and catches. In the current season, Hill has caught 61 passes 1,014, and 6 touchdowns.
He is on pace to become the first receiver in NFL’s history to register a 2000-plus receiving yards season. But for now, he would be just focused on helping his team to defeat the Chiefs on Sunday.
