Miami Dolphins wide receiver, Tyreek Hill might just be falling into a legal quagmire after he allegedly assaulted a man on the 18th of June. The 29-year-old is currently under investigation after he jumped into an argument between a couple of women and a man working on the boat.

The women, who were Hill’s friends, apparently wanted to get access to a chartered boat, to which the man objected and thus began the disagreements. In the meantime, the WR appeared and slapped the man from behind on his neck and the back of his head. Tyreek Hill’s girlfriend is Keeta Vaccaro and he also behaved in a rude manner, making a suggestion that he can buy the whole boat himself when his friends were denied access to it by the victim.

And now in a stunning revelation by Angie DiMichele, the wide receiver reportedly tried to pay off the victim with a meagre sum of $200. According to the report, Hill asked his associate to close the matter then and there by handing him the money.

Di Michele’s report read, “The man who was at the dock with Hill told the employee Hill wanted to apologize. When he came out of the office, he heard Hill telling his “associate” to give him $200, the report said. The employee didn’t take the money, and Hill left shortly after.”

Officers reviewed surveillance footage that recorded the arguments, which backed up the boat captain’s and employee’s accounts, the report said. The employee identified Hill as the man who slapped him in a photo lineup, and officers referred him to the State Attorney’s Office to pursue charges.”

Earlier it emerged that the victim wanted to press charges against the highest-paid National Football League wide receiver after he responded in the affirmative on the section asking about pressing charges in the police report. The police officials have already verified the incident through footage from the surveillance cameras on the spot. although no such footage has been released to the public.

For Hill and the Miami Dolphins, things might even get messier in the coming few days with the NFL looking to get involved in the altercation. The league has already requested the video of the incident from the police, and it will get released as a public record. Tyreek Hill might be looking at a possible punishment of some sort that could also lead up to a suspension from the NFL.
