Tyreek Hill is still regarded as one of the best WRs in the league. The Miami Dolphins WR had a slow season last year but hopes to pick it up next year.
However, his journey from the Kansas City Chiefs to the Miami Dolphins is rather interesting. When Hill decided to split with the Chiefs around two seasons ago, he had considerable options in front of him.
However, he choose the Dolphins over every other team and he has a reason why. The eccentric WR recently revealed the astonishing reason behind him moving to the Dolphins instead of the Jets on his podcast.
“I choose to do what I want to do because I want to elevate my life,” Tyreek Hill stated. “I have a chance to go to the organization with a good team, good offense, good defense and be a playmaker in the greatest city which has great food, great weather and the fans are great. Everything is great in Miami and I get a chance to be a part of that.”
Tyreek Hill apparently choose the city of Miami over New York City due to various reasons. However, most importantly, it was the fans and the culture of the city that lured him to the coast of Florida.
Tyreek Hill will surpass 2000+ yards next season
The Miami Dolphins are regarded as clear underdogs next season due to their explosive squad. QB Tua Tagovailoa is visibly stronger this season and Tyreek Hill is gearing up for a legendary season.
The Dolphins WR stated on his podcast that he wishes to surpass the 2000 yard mark next season and also wants to bring the Super Bowl to the city of Miami.
“I will break 2,000 yards next year,” Hill said. “2,000 yards was on my bucket list to get before I leave this league. You all think Cheetah gonna leave without doing something he promised himself he was going to do as a kid? 2,000 yards and another Super Bowl. We’re getting that. Believe that.”
Hill will easily break the receiving yards record if he manages to surpass the 2000+ mark. However, it won’t be easy and will demand extreme dedication and work from him. However, Tyreek Hill is known to be a talented WR who surely has the capability to manage this difficult feat.
