Tyreek Hill recently found himself on the headlines yet again. This time for a highly controversial reason resulting in a lawsuit for the Miami Dolphins WR.

According to South Florida’s WPLG Local 10 News, Hill is currently under investigation by the Miami police over the alleged assault and battery of a marina worker. The incident occurred when the Dolphins WR visited Haulover Park, which is a Miami beachfront area.

There, he had a disagreement with a worker and allegedly assaulted him. Hill later left the place. However, police visited the place on Monday and started an investigation against the talented WR.

It is still unknown if the alleged victim was injured when the situation transpired. However, a case against Tyreek Hill has been filed, but it is not sure if he will be charged with a criminal case.

The Dolphins’ management is aware of the situation but has not yet commented on it. The management is waiting for all the information to come out before making any comments. “We are aware of the situation and have been in contact with Tyreek, his representatives and the NFL,” the Dolphins said in the statement. “We will reserve further comment at this time,” the statement further read.

This is not the first time Tyreek Hill has been alleged for something as there have been several alleged cases by his then-girlfriend. She first accused him of choking her in 2014 and then in 2019, she alleged that he was threatening her and their child.

Tyreek Hill once pleaded guilty to assault charges

This is not the first time Tyreek Hill has been accused of assault and battery. Specifically in 2014, the former Kansas City Chiefs WR was still at Oklahoma State, where he assaulted his then-pregnant girlfriend, Crystal Espinal.

The case soon became a national issue, and Hill pleaded guilty to domestic violence. This led to him being released by his college. However, his talent helped him sign with the Chiefs soon after.

For his punishment, Hill was placed on a 3-year probation along with a 1-year long batterer’s program with an additional anger management course. Regardless, the couple got together in 2018 and had a baby boy together. Tyreek Hill was later accused of threatening the young boy who was then taken away by child services. However, the NFL didn’t take any appropriate action regarding the situation and let it run its course. In his personal life, Tyreek Hill’s girlfriend is Keeta Vaccaro since 2020.
