“I’m a real sicko when you get to know me”: Von Miller reveals how he keeps himself going at 33

Von Miller
Von Miller has had an incredible NFL career. From his days as a Denver Bronco, the team with which he won a Super Bowl, his first, and also got the MVP award for his performance established himself as a sure-fire hall of fame player because a defensive player getting the MVP in the finals is not something that is common across the league.
His defensive accolades and highlights are off the charts, his IQ, and ability to guess the move that the offense will make are something that very few defensive players in the league have.
“Massages, nutrition, getting acupuncture, cold tub, cryo”: Von Miller’s secret of success

The outside linebacker signed a contract to go to the Buffalo Bills this season. It won’t be wrong to say that a lot of people were skeptical about the 6-year deal, given Miller’s age. However, the man himself reckons that if Tom Brady can do it, he can do it too.
“This is a six-year deal, so I’m looking forward to playing the whole thing,” Miller said, as reported by Mark Gaughan of The Buffalo News. “I’m trying to play the whole thing out. Tom Brady’s done it, Bruce Smith has done it. All the guys that I look up to when it comes to longevity in careers,” he claimed.
“I’m a real sicko when you get to know me. My mindset is different,” Von said, adding that whenever any youngster asks him how he keeps himself going, he replies by saying, “I’m like, ‘Bro, I honestly do everything that you possibly can do to keep your body fresh.“
Von claimed that right from “massages, nutrition, getting acupuncture, cold tub, cryo,” he does all what it takes to keep him going. “It’s 2022, and we got so many different things that can help us recover. I’m doing them all,” he said.
