The offensive playbook in the NFL is rather huge. There are a lot of plays to remember. And for the QB to remember all these plays, the teams have to come up with some interesting names. The Buffalo Bills have one such play, named after the NBA superstar LeBron James. In their game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, QB Josh Allen rolled out an audible calling the ‘LeBron James’ play.
In a video posted by PFF on Twitter, Allen can be seen changing the initial play as he saw the Jag’s defense. He called an audible, screaming ‘LeBron James’ as the Bills changed their play. James himself was a bit curious about the audible as he took to Twitter to express his curiosity regarding the play.
“I wonder what that “LeBron James” audible Josh Allen yelled out meant. LOL,” James said on his Twitter account. The Bills and the Jags played their game in London as the Jaguars came out on top 20-25. Allen had a good game, throwing for 359 yards, two TDs and one interception, but failed to lead his team to victory.
The Bills are now 3-2 to begin the season. They made a statement last week after beating the high-powered Miami Dolphins by 28 points. However, they failed to capitalize on that momentum this week and dropped the game against the Jags. They will play their next game against the New York Giants on October 16.
Josh Allen and the Bills fall short against the Jaguars in London
The Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars played each other in London. The Bills came into the game on the back of a dominant win against their division rival, the Miami Dolphins. The Jags, on the other hand, won their last game against the Atlanta Falcons.

The Bills came into the game as favorites, but failed to win the game as the Jags and their QB Trevor Lawrence balled out to a 25-20 win. Bills QB Josh Allen completed 27 of his 40 pass attempts for 359 yards, two TDs and a pick. They have now lost two of their first 5 games to begin the season.
The Jags on the other hand improved to 3-2. Both these teams are expected to make the playoffs in a loaded AFC. The Bills will host the New York Giants in the next game whereas the Jaguars will host the Indianapolis Colts in their next game on Sunday.
