The Washington Commanders have had an average run in the NFL this season as the team sits last in their division. So when they faced off against the formidable Eagles, they were touted to lose the game as the Eagles were undefeated and looking very strong.
The Commanders fought with spirit and ultimately defeated the Eagles, shocking the whole NFL community. The celebrations were amazing, as they had just broken the Eagles’ unbeaten run.
QB Taylor Heinicke was ecstatic after the win and decided to celebrate by taking a page out of the Vikings book. The Commanders’ QB was seen wearing big gold chains around his neck with different initials as the Commanders were celebrating on the flight back home.
This kind of celebration resembled the Vikings’ Kirk Cousins‘ celebration when the QB decided to wear gold chains and dance his heart out on the flight back home after the Vikings had won their game.
“I would probably say it’s the biggest win of my career,” Heinicke said. Unlike Cousins, the Commanders’ QB was not dancing, nor was he shirtless. Heinicke was just sipping two light beers and had shades on.
Heinicke had a good game against the Eagles as he threw for 211 and completed 17 of 29 passes, making it his third win in four games for the Commanders. It seems like the Commanders starting QB Carson Wentz has seriously lost his place in the team as the team is performing brilliantly under Heinicke.

Taylor Heinicke’s celebration looked exactly like Kirk Cousins, but it missed one thing, which was authenticity. Heinicke’s celebration didn’t look genuine and felt like it was made up.
NFL Twitter took notice of this celebration and decided to hit back at the Commanders and Taylor Heinicke for this celebration. The Commanders QB was ridiculed on Twitter mostly by the Eagles’ fans as they were still salty about losing to the Commanders.
