The Eagles had a tumultuous performance this regular season. The Eagles started like a favorite to win the Super Bowl. Last season’s Lombardi runner-up looked like a staunch competitor this season as well. The Eagles had a 9-1 record in their first ten games.

However, the disaster game in the last seven games. The team was having some defensive problems from the very beginning of the season and it got exposed in the last seven games. The offense under Jalen Hurts, which was their biggest bet, started choking. With all those problems, the Eagles just won two out of their last seven games.

‘Out Sirianni’ campaign is garnering stem among fans

Multiple analysts are openly criticizing Sirianni and fans expressed their disgrace over the head coach following the poor result. After the Wild Card game, the ‘Out Sirianni’ campaign has gained more hype.

Things have gone so far that Jalen Hurts, the quarterback of the team, was asked whether he would like to see Sirianni coming back in the next season. Hurts handled the situation diplomatically on his coach possibly getting sacked.

Throughout the season, Sirianni’s multiple decisions created intense discussions. He thought demoting Sean Desai would do good for the team’s defense. The Eagles’ defense was not up to the mark, and the HC wanted more grasp over it. Evidently it did not work and the Eagles management is looking at the drawing board for their long and hard offseason.
