“He’s biting off more than he can chew” – Nick Wright believes Tyreek Hill will get FRUSTRATED after just 4 weeks in Miami
Tyreek Hill and Nick Wright
Tyreek Hill made an unbelievable move this offseason when he left Kansas City Chiefs to join the Miami Dolphins. The motivation behind his shift was money. He signed the most massive contract for a wide receiver in NFL history. The Dolphins signed the Super Bowl LIV winner for a whopping four-year $120 million deal making him the highest-paid wideout in the league.
More than 90 percent of NFL pundits have opined that Hill will go on to regret moving on from the Chiefs for money. However, Hill on the other hand has been building up his new QB Tua Tagovailoa and even went on to say that he is a more accurate passer than Patrick Mahomes.
Nick Wright feels Tyreek Hill will face the reality of his situation in Miami after the Week 4 game
Tyreek Hill has been hyping up his new teammate Tua and wide receiver Jaylen Waddle on his podcast It Needed To Be Said. He has been receiving hate from the NFL community for saying that Tua is better than Patrick Mahomes. Many fans feel that that is the money talking and Hill will soon release what a grave mistake he has done by moving on from Mahomes and the Chiefs.
Nick Wright also feels that Tyreek Hill will be frustrated after the first few weeks in Miami while discussing the Dolphins’ schedule for the 2022 season. The Dolphins will start off their season with a game against the Patriots which will be a piece of cake for the team according to Wright. However, the next three games will be difficult as they have to face the Ravens, the Bills, and the Bengals.
“I anticipate that after Week 4 when the Dolphins are 1-3 that this news is coming out of Cincinnati where the game was played. ‘Tyreek Hill left the locker room before the media entered. Tyreek Hill did not give commentary after a three-catch 18-yard performance,'” Wright said. “I think he’s biting off more than he can chew in service of trying to be a good teammate. I actually think he is doing him and his team a disservice.”
While Wright commended Hill for trying to be a good teammate he believes that the 28-year-old star WR will suffer irreparable damage to his performance due to Tua’s limitations and “he’s going to be quickly frustrated.” It’ll be interesting to see how Hill feels after the first half of the 2022 season and whether he would like to be back in Kansas City or stick it out with Tua.
