“The NFL pro bowl needs the same thing as NBA all-star game!” : Tyler Lockett puts forth an idea to improve the Pro Bowl

The Pro Bowl is the annual all-star game that comprises stars of the National Football League (NFL) from the NFC and the AFC. It’s an exhibition match which showcases the best players and recognises their achievements in that respective season.

It’s a big thing to be picked out for the Pro Bowl match as it recognises a player’s contributions and that he’s been brilliant in his position. However lately there’s been some talk that the marquee clash is turning out to be inconsequential.

Tyler Lockett suggests new idea for Pro Bowl

Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett has suggested an interesting idea for the next versions of the Pro Bowl. Lockett says that the NFL Pro Bowl game should adopt the pattern of the NBA all Star game for a quarter by quarter with the money going to charity.

“I think it’d be dope if the NFL pro bowl implemented the same thing as NBA all star game! 2 charities will be awarded 100k each quarter based off who wins the quarter,” he said on Twitter.

Many fans have also shared their ideas on how to make the Pro Bowl more interesting. One fan suggested that they should move the competition back to where it started – Hawaii. Before 2016, the competition was played at Hawaii but then it was shifted to Orlando, Florida.

Move back to Hawaii,Make it two weeks after the Super Bowl, skills challenges and events/meet n greets, am style golf tournament.make it required to attend, guys like Brady never show up for the pro bowl and they are the biggest stars of the game,” tweeted one fan.

Go the MLB route and the winning conference gets home field advantage in the Superbowl. Restrict it to only playoff teams at the end of the season so rivals can’t sabotage. Then they’d actually play like it mattered,” said another.
