“2022 is going to be a hell of a year”: Rob Gronkowski talks about future teams and his plan for the coming season
Rob Gronkowski plays as a tight end for the National Football League (NFL) team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was early associated with the New England Patriots for nine seasons and is one of the most highly acclaimed players of his generation.
Rob Gronkowski is fifth on the NFL all-time list for receiving yards by a tight end (9,286) and third in receiving touchdowns by a tight end (92). He is currently available as a free agent and was recently questioned about his plans for the future.

Rob Gronkowski was questioned upon whether he was feeling excited about being able to pick the next team he would go to now that he is a free agent. To this, he replied that he’s been associated with some brilliant teams in the past and believes that the same will happen in 2022.

In an interview with CBS Sports, the tight end was asked some pressing questions regarding his current time as a free agent. The interviewer asked him the travails of free agency, whether he would like to get a deal done quickly or wait for the best move cometh the end of the offseason.
Gronkowski replied, “There’s so much potential out there, and I’ve played for incredible teams in my career. There’s a lot to look forward to, and all I can say is 2022 is going to be a hell of a year.”
Rob Gronkowski was also asked about how he’s planning out his future as well as what would make his return to the NFL for one more year. He said that at the moment he’s taking each day as it comes and relaxing.
“I’m just taking it day-by-day for now and taking some time to relax a bit. It’s been an unbelievable ride, and I have a lot of support from my teammates. I have so much love for all of them.”
