Russell Wilson wants to emulate Tom Brady in terms of longevity to his NFL career
Wilson revealed that he ends up spending about $1million a year on his body. The quarterback also claimed that all of this expenditure is eventually meant for a bigger goal which he harbours. Russell Wilson wants to emulate the recently retired quarterback, Tom Brady in extending his NFL career to at least 45 years of age.
“Yeah, it’s a process. It’s a lifestyle. I think when you are trying to play as long as I’m trying to play. I’m trying to play until I’m 45. Yeah, for me, the mentality, the focus level, everything you have to do has to be surrounded around that,” said Russell Wilson.
Jimmy asked Ciara if she found that annoying and she said “no I’m in it with him.” Russell went on to say he was on a 10-day challenge just for himself of no dairy, no gluten, no red meat and that Ciara was “rubbing it in eating Philly cheesesteaks in my face.”
Wilson is set to make $37 million in 2022 as part of his four-year, $140-million contract with the Seahawks, hence his body expenses are well within his budget.
