Recently, Sharpe took to Twitter and joked about the gas prices in the country. He asked if anyone knew any gas station owners who were hiring. Along with the text, Sharpe shared a picture showing a $118 purchase at the pump.

Anyone knows someone hiring that owns a gas station? You get a discount IF* you [work] at an establishment,” Sharpe wrote on Saturday. “Do ppl still siphon off gas? It was a thing when I was a growing up.

Reacting to Shannon’s Tweet, a user commented, “Shannon do you still hate Donald?” Sharpe was quick to respond to the comment. He wrote, “I’d rather pay 20 bucks a gallon than have Trump in office. Hope that answers your question.”

Shannon’s response made it absolutely clear what he think about Donald. Who is to blame for the surge in gas prices is to be decided by the general public but one thing is for sure, Shannon has raised quite a few eyebrows after the Trump banter. In fact, he was trending on Twitter at one point. With a lot going on in world politics, it will be interesting to see if Shannon comes up with something new.
