Global supply chain challenge denies Bucs from wearing creamsicle uniform in 2022
Moreover, it seems like the Bucs are trying all they can in order to grow their fan base. Recently, the franchise announced that it will have throwback games where the players will be donning the team’s creamsicle uniforms. However, this won’t happen until 2023.
The Bucs blamed the global supply chain challenges due to which the uniforms won’t be coming back in 2022, as the fans and the team had hoped. As reported by NBC, Nike won’t be able to finish the production of the desired uniforms before 2023.
The team from Tampa Bay was last seen in creamsicle uniform way back in 2012. One can understand Bucs’ desperation as they want to keep things moving which might be a challenge for them in the coming seasons as their star QB Tom Brady has retired and even Ali Marpet recently called it quits.
