Little did the fan know, that it would bring him about a fortune of money in the coming days, and he realized it only after Tom Brady announced his retirement a couple of weeks earlier.

“We stayed for the whole game and I just kind of held it like a baby and we watched them come back and lose,” the seller, who did not want to be identified told ESPN. “We stood around for a while while the players walked off the field, then I tucked it in my jacket and we just walked out like normal. Nobody came up to us or anything.”

According to Jordan Gilroy, director of acquisitions at Lelands, which recently sold Brady’s first-ever TD pass football, estimated that Brady’s last-ever Touchdown pass ball would sell for at least $1 million.
