Patrick Mahomes is a name to reckon with in the world of the NFL. On numerous occasions, Mahomes has guided his team out of trouble and has single-handedly changed the outcome of the contest. This is why he is regarded as the next big thing in the world of American football.
Experts rate him very high and although he wasn’t able to guide his team to the Super Bowl this time around, he was incredibly impressive and consistent, both, as a leader and as a player throughout the season. Moreover, the man has got a great sense of humor as well.

Recently, at the NFL combine, a lot of promising players showcased their talent to impress the franchises. In fact, some young guns were able to put up astonishingly good performances during the drills. The Chiefs quarterback was also keenly following the NFL Scouting Combine.
During the testing and drills ahead of the 2022 NFL Draft, the quarterbacks, wide receivers, and tight ends who took part were showcasing their talent, and a bunch of them were able to beat Mahomes’ 2017 combine 40-yard dash time of 4.80 seconds. Reacting on what had transpired, Mahomes took to Twitter to say, “Indy must have switch the turf or something since I ran on it.”
Mahomes wasn’t done yet. He posted another hilarious reaction to the simulcam 40-yard dash comparison. “Y’all didn’t have to put me in that group getting left like that,” he Tweeted.
Looks like Tom Brady was also having some fun looking at how young prospects were performing at NFL Combine. Reacting to Mahomes‘ Tweet, Brady posted a famous meme of a young boy who nervously looks away from a difficult situation.
