Tom Brady is surely making full utilisation of his time off the football pitch after he announced his retirement from the NFL last season. The legendary quarterback was in attendance at Old Trafford on Saturday night to watch the Premier League encounter between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Before kickoff, Tom Brady had announced that he will be present in the stands to witness the spectacle, by posting on his Twitter account. The 45-year old wrote that he will celebrate if Harry Kane scores for Spurs, but his loyalties for the night will remain with Manchester United.

As things panned out, Tom Brady was treated to a Cristiano Ronaldo special night, as Manchester United came out trumps courtesy of their GOAT, the No.7 who scored a hattrick against Spurs.
United won the match 3-2 and Brady also got his wish of seeing Harry Kane score, after the English striker scored the first equalizer for the away side from the penalty spot. Harry Kane is a self-proclaimed Brady fan, and the NFL legend also reciprocates it which was evident from his tweet and reaction after Kane’s goal.
It’s fair to say, that Tom Brady definitely enjoyed his time on the stands and was seen celebrating vociferously after Cristiano Ronaldo’s goals. The cameras were quick to hone in on him every time Ronaldo scored, and they weren’t disappointed as he had a reaction for them every time.
However, it was all about Ronaldo throughout the tie, as he scored a thunderous goal from long range out in the 12th minute to stamp his authority on the game. He scored again in the 38th minute, through a tap-in from a Jadon Sancho pass.
The third one was a headed goal from a corner, and it turned out to be the winner for Manchester United, following which he was taken off immediately.
The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback called time on his glorious career this February after 22 seasons in the circuit. However, speculation has been rife about his potential comeback to the NFL next season, and the plot currently intensifies over the off-season.
