“Can we stop pretending that he’s smart”: Twitter again reprimands Aaron Rodgers on his statement on Ivermectin to treat COVID
Aaron Rodgers
If there is someone in the mortal world who knows how to stay in the limelight better than anyone else, it is Aaron Rodgers. The star quarterback has been through a lot of highs and lows in the recent past. He was brutally trolled and reprimanded for his vaccine lie a little while ago.
Right from the Late Night Show hosts to NFL experts, everyone criticized Rodgers, and rightly so. After recovering from Covid, the only option Rodgers had to redeem himself was by performing out of his skin and that is exactly what the star player has done.
“There’s a difference between being smart & just thinking you’re smarter than everyone”: Rodgers gets called out for being ignorant about COVID
While veteran like Brady has struggled lately to guide his team out of trouble on more than one occasion, Rodgers has led his side from the front to win games after games for the Packers. However, it seems like Rodgers somehow finds himself back among controversies from time to time and he has no one else but himself to blame.
This time around, he has been reprimanded for making a statement on Ivermectin. Host of the ESPN Daily Podcast Pablo S Torre took to Twitter to inform that Aaron Rodgers is trying to spread false information about Ivermectin’s usage in India and Japan.
“Aaron Rodgers put on an anti-cancel culture hoodie to spread verifiably false information about how India and Japan use Ivermectin to treat COVID. Can we please stop pretending that he’s smart,” he wrote. As expected, fans started posting their reactions.
