“Melvin Freakin Ingram”: Twitter reacts as Melvin Ingram’s incredible play help the Chiefs win a tight game against Broncos

This was a game that no one expected the Broncos to even be competitive in but here they were taking it to the team that had beaten them 12 straight times. The great rushing work of Drew Lock and Melvin Gordon was what the Broncos used to exploit a suspect Chiefs defense. Perhaps they overcompensated after the Bengals ripped them apart through the air as this week they had no answer to the Broncos running game.
The Broncos were driving down the field for what could have been a game-icing touchdown until Melvin Ingram burst into the backfield to force a massive fumble. Teammate Nick Bolton was right there to pick it up and was able to break an attempted tackle by Drew Lock to take it to the house for a crucial touchdown. The Chiefs were able to convert the 2 point conversion as well.
Chiefs gets past Broncos in a hard-fought game

The Broncos were able to drive down the field but only managed a field goal to cut the deficit to 4 points. Unfortunately for Denver that meant handing the ball back to Patrick Mahomes who was able to lead his offense down the field and drain the clock out for the win.
While at the end of the day the Chiefs get the win, it was a much tougher game than anyone thought it would be and they’ll have their work cut out for them to prepare for any of their possible playoff matchups. As of now the win guarantees them at least the #2 seed but a Titans loss will mean they will have the #1 seed and home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
