Aaron Rodgers and the Packers have had their worst start to the season and just when the fans thought that it couldn’t get any worse, A-Rod came up with the worst performance of the season.
The Packers QB threw 3 interceptions in a single game, making it a career record for Rodgers. The reigning Super Bowl MVP threw the first interception in the Lions’ end-zone that gave possession back to the Lions.
Aaron Rodgers threw an interception two more times that resulted in the Lions gaining easy possession and acquiring turn of play. The Packers lost to the Lions with a score of 9-15.
The two-time Super Bowl winner has looked out of place the whole season and looked like a shell of himself. There was much speculation regarding Rodgers’ retirement before the start of the season, but Rodgers decided to sign a new deal instead.
Aaron still believes that he can turn the season around for the Packers, as he had some positive words after the game. “I’ve been counted out many times in my life as have many of my teammates, and I hope we just dig deep and find a way,” Rodgers said. “We will truly be underdogs for many games moving forward.”

During the game, though, Aaron Rodgers was seen yelling at his teammates in a video that went viral on the internet. The Packers QB was seen frustrated and decided to take it out on his teammates. Although we can’t make sure what he said, as many fans pointed out that the QB was yelling at himself in frustration. Whatever the reason may be, A-Rod was frustrated and wanted to get done with the game.
NFL Twitter was buzzing during the game and even after the game, Rodgers was trending on Twitter the whole time. Many wanted to know what was the reigning Super Bowl MVP saying on the sidelines as he had just thrown an interception, and he was savagely trolled for it.
Aaron Rodgers threw career-high 3 interceptions against the Lions and the resulting trolling was even worse for the Packers QB as NFL Twitter didn’t hold back at all.
Aaron Rodgers had an abysmal game against the Lions, but after those strong words in the post-game press conference, we can expect the Packers QB to show his quality in their next game against the Cowboys and prove all the haters wrong.
