“Nah I’m coming back,” Twitter speculates Duke Blue Devils’ Coach K to pull off a Tom Brady after retiring

Duke Blue Devils’ veteran coach Mike Krzyzewski, more popularly known as Coach K finally played out his final game as the head coach of the basketball side yesterday. His career did not end on a positive note, as his side fell to a 81-77 defeat against the North Carolina Tar Heels.
After his retirement announcement, however many have claimed that he could follow the path of footballing legend, Tom Brady. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback recently announced his retirement from the game on February 1st to spend more time with his family.

However, he eventually returned to the game about 40 days after his retirement announcement and will once again play for the Buccaneers this season. Football pundits and analysts had widely predicted that Brady will not go through with his retirement and make an re-entry into the sport.
The same is being touted for Mike Krzyzewski, who has had an exceptional career as a head coach for the Duke Blue Devils. He has won a whopping 5 national championships and also took the side to 12 final-four appearances during his tenure.
Toby Rowland, who is a sports follower and an author-professor pointed out the same between the duo on his official Twitter account.
He wrote, “What if we go thru all this fanfare with Coach K, then in a month he says…”nah, I’m coming back. That would be wild wouldn’t it @TomBrady ??♂️.”

Coach K was selected as the Naismith College Coach of the Year three times. He holds the most records for wins, going 1,196-365 (76.6%) at Duke and Army. His biggest achievement would be the fact that he coached Team USA to three Olympic Gold Medals.
