“Tyreek Hill made a bad decision,” Colin Cowherd thinks WR made an error in judgement by joining the Dolphins

Tyreek Hill

Kansas City Chiefs have traded wide receiver Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins wherein Hill has received a contract worth $120 million for the next four years($72.2 million guaranteed plus $52.535 million at signing). With this deal in place, Tyreek Hill becomes the NFL’s highest paid receiver.

In return for Hill the Chiefs will be getting the Dolphin’s 2022 first-round pick (No. 29), second-round pick (No. 50) and fourth-round pick, plus fourth- and sixth-round picks in the 2023 draft. Tyreek Hill is a six time Pro Bowler.

Colin Cowherd believes Tyreek Hill has made the wrong decision

While there has been a lot of talks surrounding Tyreek Hill’s transfer to the Dolphins, NFL pundit Colin Cowherd has lashed out at Tyreek Hill. According to Cowherd, Hill has made a huge mistake by joining the Miami Dolphins.

Colin Cowherd blasted Tyreek Hill for joining the Dolphins as he believes he’s missing out on a lot by leaving the Chiefs. However at the same time he accepted that Hill is a revolutionary talent.

“I think Tyreek made a bad decision in terms of legacy. I just you’re not going to find better than Mahomes and Andy Reid on the market. But I get, I get the move by Miami. Five picks is a lot but he’s a game-changer,” he said.

Very few non-quarterbacks in the NFL are worth a point in Vegas. Tyreek is worth a point. Ja’Marr Chase is worth a point. DeAndre Hopkins when healthy is worth a point. There’s about four to five receivers in this league. They’re worth a point or a game. I think Ja’Marr Chase will win you a game every year. Tyreek will win you a game.”

Tyreek Hill on the other hand is very excited to have joined the Miami Dolphins. He is looking forward to the new journey for him but at the same time remembered to thank the Kansas City Chiefs.

Today starts a new beginning. I’m very excited to be joining the Miami Dolphins and get to work, however it’s hard thinking about the memories, people and fans that made my time in Kansas City so great.”
