The LA Rams had a fantastic outing at the Super Bowl. Right from the start, the competition was intense as both teams were eyeing the coveted trophy. The Rams were obviously the favorites to win the contest but the Bengals had constantly defied expectations in the tournament.

Vernon Hargreaves fined by NFL for Super Bowl celebrations
However, the Rams showed why they were the favorites to lift the trophy as they completely outplayed the Bengals to eventually win by 23-20. The contest turned out to be a forgettable one for Burrow and his boys and it seems like they have one more reason to not relish the Super Bowl night.
Bengals cornerback Vernon Hargreaves III has been fined heavily for his actions during the game. Actually, Hargreaves was inactive during the Super Bowl clash when Jessie Bates intercepted a pass in the end zone towards the end of the first half.
Vernon got so carried away that went on the playing field wearing shorts and a Bengals shirt to join the celebrations. For this particular act, he has been fined $5,555 by the NFL. It would be fair to say that everyone saw this coming. Running onto the playing field in rather casual attire was bound to attract criticism.
Hargreaves had five tackles in the regular season for the Cincinnati Bengals. Although he couldn’t do much in the final for his team, he would look to contribute more in the coming seasons.
